I'm Kirsty and have been using this gingerbread recipe for nearly 30 years, making treats and gifts for friends and family.
As my daughters grew up, gingerbread also featured in most of their party activities and teacher thank you pressies. Over the years I have loved experimenting with different projects, shapes and I’m always open to trying new ideas to suit whatever the request. I created Just Ginger because I am now looking forward to sharing my tasty treats, activities and gifts, whether you are planning a party activity, need a DIY projects for the weekend or holidays, a little something for a Birthday gift, hen party and wedding favours, edible gifts to take to friends or just to want some biscuits to enjoy with a cup of tea, this gingerbread is a winner.

PAINT YOUR OWN
Here is an iced white biscuit with finer detail which comes along with icing colours on a biscuit palate with and a little paint brush. A ready made activity, requires a little water to mix the colours then get painting. Everything is either edible, reusable or compostable.
